Recruitment Process

We target to hire the most appropriate candidate who is awfully consistent to the organisation with regards to company culture and job requirements. Hence, we use the stages of the recruitment process including;

  •  Internal job analysis and developing a person specification,
  • Sourcing of candidates by networking, advertising, or other search methods,
  • Inviting the candidates who are found suitable to interview
  • Matching candidates to job requirements and screening individuals using testing (skills or personality assessment),
  • Assessment of candidates' motivations and their fit with organizational requirements by interviewing and other assessment techniques.
  • Final stage is the making and finalizing of job offers and the induction and onboarding of new employees.
